Collaboration and Social Transformation for Aquatic Food Self-Reliance: An Ontological, Epistemological, and Axiological Perspective from the Seaweed Farming Community of Laikang, Takalar

Development therefore becomes an ethical process that balances productivity with environmental integrity and social inclusion.
